She was not a girly girl in the sense that she was not catty or bitchy or competitive with other women. I think she liked him because he appreciated her high intelligence instead of preferring a stupider woman, as so many men seem to do. She did not like his inflexibility and refusal to do his share. I do not recognise at all a situation where women prefer an Aspergers man. I think most women value social skills very highly. I do not think they prefer a man who has a few obsessional interests, who is no good at small talk. Such men are "trainspotters" and "anoraks". I will say that in their favour Aspergers men do seem to carry fewer prejudices. This is all only from my own experience and reading, I have no qualifications.
